Driving While License Suspended reduced to No Valid Driver’s License and 5 year license loss AVOIDED
Defendant was cited for Driving While License Suspended, for the third time in a 5 year period, thus subjecting her to the possibility of a 5 year Driver’s License revocation without the possibility for a restricted license for a year into the suspension. Defendant was unable to reinstate her driving privilege due to a high monetary amount for a reinstatement fee. Jeff Rich was able to negotiate a reduced charge of No Valid Driver’s License for his client despite the lack of a valid driver’s license. Defendant did not lose her license for the 5 year period and continues to work with Jeff Rich to obtain her driver’s license.
